What if my ring still doesn’t fit properly?

Please inform us within 15 days of order delivery if your ring still doesn’t fit properly. We will arrange a free pickup and return delivery for one additional resize adjustment within this period.

What happens after 15 days?

After 15 days, we will still assist you with the pickup process, however return delivery charges will be applied accordingly.

Can all rings be resized?

Resizing can be done for all ring sizes. Our experts carefully handle each piece to ensure the best possible fit and finish.
