In order to join the program, just click “Sign in” on the top right corner of our navigation menu and create an account. Once completed, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points. You will be automatically opted into the Foro Loyalty Program after agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you already have an account, you will automatically be enrolled in the program and will begin earning points on your future purchases (just make sure you log into your account before completing your order).

It is free to join and customers are not obligated to participate and use points earned or accumulated. Once a customer deactivates their account, points will not be redeemable, transferable, or applicable to any future purchases after deactivation.

Foro membership is for lifetime. There is no downgrade once you become a member.

You can earn the points by completing actions listed in the rewards tab. Just click on the “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to participate in . You automatically earn 500 points just for signing up! You will earn 1 point for every Rs 10 you spend on the website.

10  loyalty points is worth 1 Rupee. So if you 10,000 loyalty points, you can redeem it against your order for Rs 1000

Loyalty points expire 6 months from the day of credit to your account.

Loyalty points are like your money that you can combine with any offer/ promotion/ discount

Loyalty points can’t be redeemed if there is an active coupon code applied to your cart.

In order to redeem your “Foro loyalty points”, you will have to provide following,

  • Select the amount you want to redeem
  • log into your account and during checkout redeem the points.

You can redeem maximum 20000 points.

Log into your account by clicking ‘Sign in’ on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Enter your email address and password and check ‘My Account’. Your point balance will appear under ‘My points’ section

Your points will automatically post to your account after a purchase is completed from our end.

Foro loyalty points and membership are not transferrable. The facilities and benefits of the membership can be availed only by the member.

When you return an item, you forfeit the associated points earned from the original purchase.

Any points redeemed during previous purchase will be deducted during Lifetime exchange value and Buy back

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Foro reserves the right to terminate or make changes to the loyalty program at any time, with or without notice, which may result in the forfeiture of any unused, but accumulated points. We reserve the right to cancel your membership in Foro’s loyalty program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. This program is valid for orders placed on www.foroworld.com only.

* The loyalty points (10 points = Re 1) continue to accrue in your loyalty account until you use them.
* Foro Luxury Pvt. Ltd. will endeavour to keep member information confidential; however, Foro is entitled to share any such information.
* The conditions of earning and redeeming points can be changed by Foro.
* Loyalty points earned on the purchase value excluding taxes and statutory levies.
