Unfortunately, If your order has already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it. Please note that orders for personalized and engraveable pieces cannot be updated / cancelled post manufacturing.

Yes they are ! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST, however in the detail break up we have shown the tax amount for your reference.

We don’t want you to stress out. All your financial information is encrypted and safeguarded hence you personal data is safe with us. For more information, please check our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.

For Online payment, we accept all major credit/debit cards through are online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.

We provide Cash on Delivery. Check on the availability by entering your pin code  during checkout. All engraved and personalized products are not eligible for COD.

We would love to give you an exclusive personal touch to your product! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold colour and sizes – you can browse the options on the product page.

You can add a personal touch to all rings under Engravable collection, including uppercase and lowercase letters as well as any typed symbols! Character limits are as follows:

Instructions as follows

All of FORO jewellery is made in 18karat or 14karat only.

We offer our FORO jewellery in 18karat or 14karat.

Need not worry, If the gold weight is less/more than what is displayed, we will charge only as per actuals. Sometimes it will vary from case to case.

Returning a piece is made extremely easy and friendly. We want you to be satisfied  with FORO products. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 15 days from the shipment date. Complete refund shall be given to the customer post review from our QA team. This includes pieces purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. Please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewellery. In case of GIA / IGI solitaire certification charges will depend on the size of the solitaire. Our QA team will review the returned product.  Keep in mind that engraved and customised products are not eligible for return or exchange, however Lifetime exchange or Buy back is applicable.

In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

FORO  is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are  unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweler. The same is no longer considered a product of FORO.

Foro reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.

As soon as we receive your request we will initiate the process from our end and our logistics partner will get in touch with you and collect the product at your convenience. Alternatively if at some places our logistics partner is not serviceable then we will send you a FORO tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.

Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by FORO. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of FORO jewellery. Reimbursement of the shipping charges shall be credited to the customer.

The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 15 days. And if the order needs to be exchanged or returned post 15 days, shipping charges of Rs 500 shall be deducted towards refund / exchange. The tax amount as applicable shall be deducted.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchases.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from FORO within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. In case of GIA / IGI solitaire certification charges will depend on the size of the solitaire. Our QA team will review your returned product. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes which were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the discount, free gift items or promo codes, as applicable. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, the shipping and certification cost of which shall be borne by the customer.

We’re regret to inform that you are unable to transfer your credit from one FORO account to another. Only the account holder can access and use the credit.

We only use swiss pure gold with Master Alloys. For 18 karat 75% is pure swiss gold and remaining 25% is the master alloy that gives color to the gold. In case of 14 Karat 58.5% is pure swiss gold and remaining 41.5% is the master alloy that gives color to the gold.

The master alloy used in our jewelry is from Legor Group S.p.A, Italy. This makes our jewelry wear resistant, non-oxidized, perfect for everyday wear and forever.

We use only the best within your budget and that is why we offer GH VVS-VS or GH-SI quality diamonds.  We have the best source for diamonds and all our diamonds are sorted and graded for its consistency and later the final product is certified by a third part laboratory like SGL for its authenticity.
